Rolando Politi aka RAP (Recycle and Pray) has been active in community issues for more

than 25 years. He is based in the Lower East Side, New York City.

A co-founder of the squatter movement in the LES and a "Trash Artist" whose prime choice

of materials is gutter proof packaging trash. His best known community project are the

"Winter Flowers" installed at La Plaza Garden in the LES.

RAP is available for workshops on waste prevention and for trash worship ceremonies,

masses,processions and installations.
